| Spill-over: The backbone of Quick Smart. Working as one unit, one team, to accomplish one goal, financial harmony. Spill-over sets Quick Smart apart from any other company on the planet. Once you understand spill-over, you will understand why we know that anyone can be successful at Quick Smart. So, how does spill-over work? The best way to understand how spill-over works is by using examples. Example 1: Distributor A has just joined Quick Smart and is ready to get started. He/She shows the Quick Smart opportunity to 5 friends and all 5 are ready to get going. New distributor B, C, and D all join on distributor As personal Quick Smart website. These 3 new distributors fall on level 1 of distributor As down-line. New distributor E and F also join on distributor As personal Quick Smart website, but since distributor As 1st level is full, they fall to the 2nd level. This benefits distributor B because he/she was the first one to join under distributor A. Once distributor Bs 1st level is full, then any new subscribers distributor A gets to join Quick Smart, will fall under distributor C and then D until their 1st levels are full. Look at the matrix below to help you under stand: Example 2: Distributor A has just joined Quick Smart and is ready to get started. Before he/she shows the Quick Smart opportunity to anyone, his/her up-line has spilled 3 distributors into his/her 1st level. The good thing is that each of those 3, lets call them X, Y, and Z, get 3 distributors a piece filling up distributor As 2nd level. Remember, distributor A has not showed the opportunity to anyone and therefore has not qualified with 3 personal subscribers. Distributor A does have a down-line of 12 subscribers already and has not done anything, yet. Distributor A decides that he/she wants to qualify for residual income, so he/she has 3 people subscribe to his/her personal Quick Smart website. Those 3 new subscribers spill down to distributor As 3rd level and in turn pays someone on his/her 2nd and 1st level besides paying distributor A. Remember, spill-over works left to right and down until that entire level is full. |
